This has also happened to me. What I discovered is that, for example, I
wanted to see how many stations I have worked in the Philippines and
still need a QSL.
What I do is I always have the COUNTRY window open. So with any DU
station in the callsign window I go to the COUNTRY window and, for
example, click on the letter C for 20 mtrs SSB. In my case this brings
up 4 QSO's. But if I do a search in the main logging window by using
filters PREFIX=DU, MODE=CW, and BAND=14 I get 9 QSO's. So by clicking
the letter in the COUNTRY or IOTA window it only brings up QSO's
matching the letter designation, not all the QSO's for that mode and
band.
So if you worked ZD8 on 20 mtrs CW ten times but only mailed out one QSL
and it is not yet confirmed when you click on the letter M in the
COUNTRY window for ZD8 20 mtrs CW it will only bring up the only one QSO
that you sent the QSL for. In a situation like this I would want to know
the other ZD8's I worked on 20 CW so I could send out more QSL's if the
first QSL request is long ago sent with no response.
It seems to me it used to worked this way, that is if you clicked on any
letter in the COUNTRY window it would bring up all the QSO's for that
mode and band, not just the ones matching the letter designation. That
way you could see what QSO's you have not sent a card for and do a
follow up and send those cards now.
