For those that like to update
Close DX4WIN
Delete iota file in dx4win/save directory
Go to the website below and when the fullest.xml is loaded
Go to FILE in your browser and select save as
Select the dx4win/save directory
After restart the new fullest will be converted

Hi everyone,
This email is being BCC'd to everyone who emailed me about the
fullist.xml file on the IOTA site.
Apologies again that it has taken us a month to sort this out. I'm
pleased to tell you that the new fulllist.xml file is now available
from http://www.rsgbiota.org/xml/fulllist.xml
This file (version 1.3) includes the changes to both SA-006 and SA-099
which occurred as a result of the Netherlands Antilles break-up, and
replaces version 1.2.9, which you were recently emailed privately.
I have also regenerated the shortlist.csv and Google Earth KMZ files
to reflect the same changes, these can also be downloaded from the
IOTA website.
Let me know if you have any problems or queries.
