I just tried DX4WIN with the 990 using the USB port, it's working fine after I set the 990 menu item 7-1 (USB baud rate) to match what is set in DX4WIN. And I'm using AD1C's 990 rig file. I just released version 7.4 of the program: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/ To download the installer, go to the Version History: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/index.html#history I added a new check box, Ignore DX4WIN Submitted. This is useful for people who mark new ones as Submitted in DX4WIN throughout the year, but don't submit them to ARRL until the end of the year.
