I have a similar situation. In ver 8 with CALLSIGN/MGR F3 window open the
logged stations call would appear in the CALLSIGN window (with auto updates
clicked on). I could hit ENTER/RETURN and qrz.com would open to the stations
info. Now hitting ENTER/RETURN has no effect. But if I hit ALT+F3 qrz.com
does open so it seems my path is correct. (The path is the same as in ver
8).

Any suggestions please?

I had hoped in the newer version you would no longer have to hit F3 to open
the callsign lookup window. I had hoped it would function as all the other
windows from the WINDOW drop down menu so you could set it to open when you
start DX4WIN as all the other windows operate.

[Dx4win] Can I changing spacing?

Is there any way I can permanently resize some of the headers/spacing  in
the Logbook and DX spots windows?  That way, I wouldn't have to change them
every time  I have to reopen DX4WIN. 

For example,  in the Logbook, I only need one, maybe two spaces in the Conf
& LCnf columns for the "Y", and what prefix is nine characters wide,  etc.,
etc...

Right-click in the "Callsign/Mgr lookup" window and choose "Automatic Update"

If I resize pointing at the upper half of the window it does behave 
normally. After you have the window back try it please.

Same thing happens here. To the screen back I click on the bottom bar 
and drag it up. After that it will remain OK until I resize.

seems there is a bug here. If you go close to bottom you will be able to
resize it but I was not able to restore the buttons. But the rest of PSK
window is blank... Kostas SV1DPI also confirmed this issue.
