Re: [Dx4win] DX4WIN - Satellites
Version 9 is running great here but I'm now getting back into satellite operation and there are several newer satellites not in the "Sat Name" list. This makes things very awkward when using LOTW. I see this problem has been brought up before but hopefully it will be put in the "things to do" cue. If there was just a facility to edit the Sat Name list, that would be great! LoTW ignores the QSO's due to them not having a proper Satellite Name and they have to be input manually. I have this problem with AO-73 and AO-85 currently. The new Chinese Satellites aren't in DX4WIN either, but I haven't worked them yet. Have been able to get the microHAM microKEYER II to to recognize the IC-7610 by using the IC-7600 file with the default hex code from the radio (98h in my radio)... I have also been able to get N1MM Logger Plus to see the radio with the same process... N1MM Logger has a file for the IC-7610. Also seems to work fine in DX4Win... Radio information is filled in correctly when changing modes. Looking forward to Guy (ON4AOI) releasing his file...
