[Dx4win] Problem connecting a IC7600
I have just bought an IC 7600 and have been struggling to get the communication between the computer and the rig to work. I us a Dell with XP professional 64 bits, DX4WIN 9.04 and have connected the rig with an USB-cable. I have an SPE Expert 1K-FA amplifier connected via ALC, Send and C-IV. All baud rates are set the same 9600 in DX4WIN, the com port, the rig and amplifier. I have tried to use both ICOM 7600_250Hz and the ICOM 7600_500Hz The program and rig do not match, when clicking on a spot or a spot from the band map. It seems like it is the frequencies that do not match, mode changes, but I have not tested this so much. When using N1MM everything works. Any suggestions what to do? -- 73 de Mel - SM0MPV 8S0C - Contest Call __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
Re: [Dx4win] Adding Groups to exported ADIF file ?
I have tried a little bit, but as far as I can see it is not possible to add new fields to the ADIF file in DX4WIN. As SV1DPI suggest export them one by one using the group number field. If you do NOT use the "Note for this QSO" field you can change the field to e.g. the group name. Then you can export to ADIF and in the "notes" field you have your comment. 73 Joe, OZ0J http://english.oz0j.dk Skype ID from the shack: onair-oz0j.dk -Oprindelig meddelelse- Fra: dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net På vegne af Kostas SV1DPI Sendt: 4. august 2018 08:06 Til: dx4win@mailman.qth.net Emne: Re: [Dx4win] Adding Groups to exported ADIF file ? Re: [Dx4win] Is the QSL label text/layout changeable?
I remind my notes for printing QSOs in the following link http://www.qsl.net/sv1dpi/en/dx4win/printqsos.html You will note at the end of the text, that if you go to file>preferences>Rep/Lab and fill in one of the 2 lines && print the stations' call @@ Prints either TNX (if you have received a QSL) either PSE (if you need a QSL) %% Prints the group name ...73 de Kostas SV1DPI (One of SZ1A-EP6T) Στις 2/8/2018 6:11 πμ, ο ericrosenberg...@gmail.com έγραψε: When printing labels, I'd like to have my call somewhere on the label. Re: [Dx4win] Award Submission
First of all. If you have version 9 and you have under File>awards>wpx>Confirmation, qsl card, LotW, Eqsl selected and go to Reports>WPX>Submission you are able to select the "Submission Medium" between QSL card, LotW and Eqsl. You are NOT able at this moment to have all of them selected BUT this is not needed for WPX. The normal procedure (and the best to save money) for WPX (I am CQ checker so I know what I say) is: 1) submit via Eqsl (you need to be a Bronze member - it costs abt 10-15$ but the submission is free). 2) Submit the additional confirmations via QSL card to award manager. Here is where you need a list. dx4win can produce it via the above procedure. 3)Submit via LotW. This costs a lot of money if you do it first because LotW charges per QSO. If you have 1000 qsos multiply them by 0.12 and you need 120$. But before that, wpx manager will inform LotW about your checked qsos by eqsl and QSL. So you will need much less money. Again you need to make a virtual only submission via Lotw in dx4win to have flags right. Note that Eqsl make a lot of mistakes and it will be a pain to have submission flags correct in dx4win. I wish to have a program to do this. But if you insist to have a complete list in csv file: 1. Make a right click over Logbook window and select the report you need or make yours. 2. Make the WPX submission for 3 Submission Mediums. 3. Expand QSO window (F5) and make a search for submitted QSOs (Fill an S in WPX mixed box) 4.Go with the mouse over Logbook window and make a right click. Select "write to a file". ...73 de Kostas SV1DPI (One of SZ1A-EP6T) Στις 3/8/2018 6:38 μμ, ο Bud Governale, W3LL έγραψε: How do I create an award submission which includes one CSV file for all mediums, not just QSL Card or eQSL? For WPX award submission both QSL Card and eQSL are selected in the Award Setup for WPX since both are acceptable for confirmations. But I’m forced to choose one or the other in the Submission Medium box. Not both (or all) is available as a choice. I need to send CSV files for Mixed, Phone, CW and Digital files that include all acceptable mediums in each Mixed, Phone, CW and Digital file. Otherwise I’d be sending twice the files. Four eQSL files and four QSL Card files. The award manager would then need to combine the respective QSL Card and EQSL CSV files. 73, Bud W3LL w...@arrl.net __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to sv1...@otenet.gr This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
