Dima, try this. Hold down the (Ctrl and Shift) keys and while holding them down, "Right click" on the icon u want to restore. Maybe a window will then "pop up" allowing you to maximize and/or restore, it does for me. I am using windows 10 and although I have never minimized the dx spots window before, I just tried it as a test. When I click the - minus sign, the dx spots window (very small icon) goes just above the "type here to search" window on the taskbar. The first time I tried it, I could not find it, I found it was being covered up by my "logbook" window ! After moving logbook, it was there !
