DX4WIN 9 users should use Help | Check for Updates from the main menu.
Note that there may be a delay between this announcement and when the
updated country file is actually available.

your ARRL DX Century Club ("DXCC") award records found on the ARRL Logbook
of the World (LoTW) web site. Your LoTW award account includes all
submissions you have made, either through "traditional" (paper QSL) or
"electronic" (LoTW) confirmations."

The directions for using it are on that webpage.
