Re: [Dx4win] Spot Window
John, Thanks for your reply! No I've check everything, they are no where to be found. Funny thing is, originally it was on a computer in the Radio shack, now it's a problem on my main computer in my office. I'm going completely nuts as to what is happening. I use a good anti virus program, ESET. It running a scan, nothing is found. I have tried reinstalling a new fresh Dx4win with the same results. Only the log is on the screen. I am completely lost as to what is going on. Thanks for your reply! At 12:40 PM 2/16/2015, you wrote: Hugh, Could those windows be minimized? I have found that when they are minimized they will appear at the bottom left corner of my screen. They should be somewhere on your screen, maybe hidden under other windows. Hope you find the answer. 73, John W9ILY Metro DX Club Get the new WUST award from the Metro DX Club http://www.metrodxclub.com/wust_award.htm __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html

[Dx4win] Error message
I am having a problem with Dx4Win v8.04 and v8.05. If and when I enter a QSL MGR's call sign and address info into the qsl mgr window all is fine until I hit ALT S. I then get an ERROR BOX, with this msg inside. ERROR AN EXCEPTION OCCURRED UNABLE TO CREATE DIRECTORY OK! I have put qsl calls and mgr addresses in the mgr window until I'm blue in the face. I need to print out labels for qsls and until I get this figured out a can't print out the labels due to the mgr info keeps disappearing. Any Help would be appreciated. [Dx4win] Internet connection
I have upgraded to v6.01, my Packet and RTTY windows do not work. I can't connect to any Spotting networks. My settings are the same as in v5.03. I try to connect to a site and no response at all. I try a second time and get An exception occurred cannot change parameters while sockets connected. My old version 5.03 still connects just fine with same parameters set. [Dx4win] QSL Card labels and QSL mgr info window
Anyone have a Custom label set up for printing directly onto the QSL card. I would appreciate your settings. On another note, when using the F3 key to get the qsl mgr, I have a problem, after selecting F3 the window comes up on the callsign in the mgr area the flashes quickly to the DX callsign, therefore wrong info. How do you get it to stay with the MGR callsign and return the correct info? Using 5.03 with WinXP.
