In the PREFERENCES for the radio, try the check-box DTR. My 1000mp used
RTS box, but my FT-950 uses DTR.

Radio control is not working - no connection between Radio (FT2000D) and
PC.
CAT cable via USB to COM, no problem with my old radio (FT-1000MP)
Same problem in DX4WIN ver 7 and 8.
Any idea??
