[Dx4win] Looking for Connect to Telnet instructions
Guys: I need some direction to configure 8.05 to connect to VE7CC instead of packet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I printed the Packet/RTTY window: Internet connection info and it states... list of internet addresses will be shown to connect In Preferences (set to expert) I changes both packet and RTTY com port to tcp/ip but don't see a list anywhere for internet addresses .a little lost. 73's Thanks Mike WG0M It's better to be a pleasant surprise than a bitter disappointment Dick Armey __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html

If you're running VE7CC on the same computer as DX4WIN, then you'll want to connect to IP address 127.0.0.1, port 7300. 73, -RIck -- Rick Murphy, CISSP-ISSAP, K1MU/4, Annandale VA USA __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html

Then the Packet window should appear when you save your preferences. -- Jim Reisert AD1C, jjreis...@alum.mit.edu, http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
