That's an indication that something is wrong with your duplicates database. To fix this, open up Windows explorer, and type %AppData%\TrustedQSL in the address bar. Don't include the quotes, but do include the percent signs. delete all of the log.* and db.* files from that folder. The most likely cause of this is running TQSL as adminstrator or as some other user. Tnx Rick, There are no log.* or db.* files in the AppData\TrustedQSL folder. I think I am running all programs as administrator - I do not know how to change that. You probably don't have permission to create the required files for the database. If you take ownership of the TrustedQSL folder, then TQSL should be able to create the required files. What version of Windows are you running? One of the fixes that I'm going to be making for TQSL 1.15 will provide more detail as to why the database could not be created. Just installed the new version from LoTW. I am probably doing something wrong. When I try to sign and upload my log, I get database error and the program hangs. Anyone else seen this? Also, it does not ask my password any more. Now I cannot use the previous version because it was deleted during the installation... Any help appreaciated.
