I do the same. Also use the same adif file to keep my qrz.com log up to
date. You just tell ClubLog or qrz.com where to find the adif file and click
on it.

No, there is no provision for direct upload.  My solution has been to take
the ADIF file for each LoTW upload and put that on Clublog.  It's only a few
mouse clicks and the entire process takes less than a minute.

If you give Club Log your Trusted QSL "key" file, you can upload the
log to Club Log, then have Club Log upload it to ARRL!
