[Dx4win] Windows ME and LPT CW Keyeing

I just upgraded(?) the computer here in the shack to Windows ME from WIN98SE. I

n the process my parallel ports no longer will CW key the radio? they work 
fine under WIN98 ( dual boot)...Any hints?

First would be to go back to WIN98SE...that is what I ended up doing.
