[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net Announcement
Good Evening, Spring is mostly here. More flowers, more birds, more pollen, and more bugs. Sun appears more often these days. However, more snow is due on Tuesday. Frosty nights kill off the biting flies, I appreciate being eaten less. The sunspot number is below 100 but the sun is quite active. A few smaller CMEs are bouncing off the magnetosphere causing some aurora, QSB, and hissing. The large, active sunspot group from two weeks ago is coming back. By Monday it should be changing propagation again. Please join us on (or near): 14050 kHz at 2200z Sunday (3 PM PDT Sunday) 7047 kHz at z Monday (5 PM PDT Sunday) 73, Kevin. That proved to be too dangerous. See, what they did was they'd be singing these songs called Clam Chanties, and they'd have these big spears called clampoons. And they'd be walking up and down the beach and the method they eventually devised where they'd have this guy, the most strongest heavy duty true blue American, courageous type dude they could find and they'd have him out there walking up and down the beach by himself with other chicken dudes hiding behind the sand dunes somewhere. __ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com
Re: [Elecraft] Parts availability
If you email elecraft support they can tell you if they have any in stock. The last time I needed a part for my KX3 they didn't have any, but gave me the Mouser part number so I could get it my self. Re: [Elecraft] N-GEN replacement
This is what I purchased as a replacement for the N-GEN: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CRBMH7XL It took a while to get here from the south of China. However, it works great; I realigned the K2 filters handily today. The board is marked as "DC9-12V" and I am running at 9VDC. [Elecraft] Parts availability
Hello, I am looking for E620021 and E620044 parts to make voltage and frequency probes. Does anyone know where I can buy them from a third-party supplier? Are they available from Elecraft? [Elecraft] At Visalia: Our 12-ounce DXpedition
Our new KH1 5-band, 40-15 meter CW station puts the world in the palm of your hand. While designed with ultraportable field use in mind, the fully-integrated KH1 is equally at home in your back yard lounge chair, at a local park, at a rest stop on a long drive, etc. KH1 owners are finding they can get on the air from just about anywhere, with deployment time of under 30 seconds. (Rumors of making QSOs while walking the dog are 100% true.) If you’re at Visalia, please drop by to check out the KH1. We’re demoing it both hand-held and with our new right-angle whip adapter. The latter is great for picnic-table ops. 73, Wayne N6KR elecraft.com __ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com
[Elecraft] K4/0 control unit at Visalia
If you’re at Visalia today, please drop by to check out our early prototype of the K4/0. This unit has a front panel identical to the K4’s, but it’s only 4” deep. It’s ideal for remote control of your K4 (or a friend’s) when space is limited. Full technical details will be provided later. 73, Wayne N6KR elecraft.com __ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Elecraft@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com
