Trying to investigate run-from-line last night (looking at issue
https://github.com/LinuxCNC/linuxcnc/issues/246 ) I found that
sim-axis-vismach-VMC_toolchange doesn't seem to work with master-gtk3.
I don't know if it is specific to that config, or whether there is a
general Vismach problem, or possibly a problem with the current state
of my repository at the time.

I was more interested in other things at the time, so didn't
investigate further, but switching to master made it work again.

Last time I checked vismach worked fine, but I will double check.
there was a problem in the remap, which is now fixed in master-gtk3.
thanks for reporting it.
