meant slower than the speed of light.Don't know how interesting it is, 
going through time , if you going somewhere you haven't been before, getting 
there in the future isn't anymore interesting then getting there presently.   
If light travels faster than time, that throws things offf, which is what i 
believe. The center of the universe is as big and includes the universe, of 
which has no time it stands still, and we can access that going slower than the 
speed of light.

Wouldn't it be funny if the speed of light was different at different 
places in the universe.  I would probably cause our scientists brains to 
explode. Humans probably understand very little of reality anyway.

Rupert Sheldrake says the speed of light actually slowed by about 20km/second 
for a period of about 15 years, but scientists brushed it off as inaccurate 
measurement. Yet it was replicated around the world.

It's theoretically possible.  But it's still limited to the speed of light.  
You still can't move from one end of the universe to the other instantaneously.
