Secondly, this is not a PA problem. The RT folks broke PI mutexes
again, this is a kernel/glibc problem.

This has been reported as:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=548989

It isn't specifically tied to the 2.6.32 kernel, as I am using the 2.6.31
due to problems with the rawhide kernel.
