Yes - all my fink-managed X11 software refused to run after the 10.5.5
update until I re-installed XQuartz (well, actually upgraded to 2.3.1).

Fink 0.28.5, MacOS 10.5.4 intel, tracking unstable.  XCode 3.0,  
Xquartz

2.2.1.

(For a variety of reasons not worth going into again, I'm not  
willing to
try upgrading of either Xquartz or XCode right now due to the  
possibility
of significant breakage.  I'm at a critical point in my thesis work  
right
now and can't afford the time to deal with a potentially broken  
upgrade, so

I'm going to hold off on those for a couple of weeks.)
