It may not be included, but it would be trivial to add with a coax Bias
Tee -- basically nothing more than a series capacitor and an RF Choke.
Such a widget would need only a couple of dollars worth of parts inside
a box with 2 coax connectors and a place to solder the desired DC wire.
The hardest part of this DIY solution is to find a suitable box the
appropriate coax connectors.

Perhaps someone will make a cheap aftermarket a suitable bias tee :-X .

Look here for idea's on a power inserter,
http://www.hamuniverse.com/wx9dxmfj4712.html
Even simpler and less expensive you can find a old UHF TV mast mount
amplifier which come with a power inserter with 75 ohm connector, just
dissemble it and install a BNC in place of the F connector and RG58 pig tale
with connector in place of the 75 Ohm RG59.

The presentation on it by Ken at the banquet was very interesting, it looks
like a killer design. Mostly a class A design with incredible linearity.

Had to order one myself!
