Rick,
When you down load one of the SVN versions, you do so at your own risk.
These are alpha versions - not even beta. They are not posted
versions; this is the repository for code development that Flex has so
graciously provided compiled executables once the code has been checked
back in to the repository.
Some of interim versions work fine. Others are broken in such a manner
that they are difficult or impossible to use. It just so happens that
this one is broken in such a way that a new database is required. This
version was placed in the repository late on Friday and I suspect will
be fixed on Monday.

Subject: [Flexradio] svn 626 loading error Question
Team,
Can we expect the bug in 626 to be corrected in an upcoming build?
Is there any idea how it got posted in this fashion?
To the best of my knowledge, this is the first svn alpha that I've
downloaded that has had this type of problem. Normally, updating is
seamless.
Thanks
Rick, W6RCB
