[Fonts]fontconfig alias question
Hello List, I recently installed mozilla-xft from debian unstable, which uses xft2 and fontconfig to render the fonts. It works quite well, apart from one problem, aliases. Take two fonts for example: Helvetica and Verdana I have both installed on my system, verdana being a TTF font and helvetica being the one that comes with X. Is it possbile to substitute/alias the Helvetica font with Verdana even if both are installed? (fc-list shows both) Right now I have this in the fonts.conf file alias familyHelvetica/family acceptfamilyVerdana/family/accept /alias and it doesn't work. If I put something like helvetica1 in the alias and change the html-page to use it, I get verdana. Thanks in advance, Michael ___ Fonts mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/fonts
