Re: [fossil-users] add empty directory

I have needed this also, and I do: `touch empty_dir/dir; fossil add
 empty_dir`

So to add empty directory i need to create any empty file in it?
for example
  mkdir empty_dir
  touch empty_dir/.empty
  fossil add empty_dir

i should work, i think, of course directory will not by empty :)

[fossil-users] how to uncompress blob

2010-07-09 Thread Sergey Volkov
Hi!

I just working on creating Fossil library for accessing repository from
Ruby language.
Im stuck on blob_uncompress function.
Im not really know C language, then i just move blob_uncompress function
to Ruby extension written on C.
Most time it work perfectly but sometimes it give me weird results.
Some one can explain me how to port blob_uncompress(Blob *pIn, Blob
*pOut) function from blob.c
to any other hight level language?
Im not understand things like this e.x.:
nOut = (inBuf[0]24) + (inBuf[1]16) + (inBuf[2]8) + inBuf[3];
and then:
uncompress((unsigned char*)blob_buffer(temp), nOut2, inBuf[4],
blob_size(pIn))

Thank you!
