Here's the announcement from the "What's New" on the FreeDOS web page:

So yes, we announced this on March 18. It's a pretty minor update,
with language translation updates.

You might try looking here: http://links.twibright.com/  It's the home
page for development.

The source for the version andrea936 pointed to contains a file called
cookies.c  Code comments are in Czeckoslavakian, sp precisely what
support is provided is unclear.
