C'est peut-être la solution de la startup française Streamroot, qui fait de
la diffusion P2P via HTML5/WebRTC : https://www.streamroot.io

Ils n'affichent pas TF1 dans leurs références clients mais ils ont déjà
bossé avec plusieurs grand médias TV.

Comme c'est de l'UDP sur des ports aléatoires, c'est sans doute du
WebRTC. Du coup, possible que ce soit du WebTorrent ou une techno
semblable.

J'ai une question bête, lorsque sous chrome je regarde un replay tf1 (no 
comment !), 
j'ai un flux réseau massif de paquets UDP et provenance (et à destination) 
d'adresses IP de type abonnement personnels 
(cable, wanadoo, bbox etc etc) 

Est-ce que la diffusion de ce type de contenu est faite en P2P ?!?, comment 
cela est-il possible ? (ce sont des programmes 
en replay, tout le monde ne regarde pas la même chose au même moment à priori 
!??)
