It is generally bad to have generated files in cvs. But just like with our manually generated lex/yacc files in FvwmScript, it is better not to assume every developer has correct perl or lex tools, only those who deal with these languages. For the cvs diff benefits, it is fine to change a spelling error in both .1 and .in files, without regeneration. Regards, Mikhael.
