Hi, I am writing this e-mail in respsonse to fun-dude's response Re: Benny Hinn. I recently watched an expose documentary from one of Canada's most reputed TV channels CBC. They apparently did a documentary on Benny Hinn and tried to dig into where all the money donated to his ministry goes..and guess what? You guessed it.he is a fraudter GALORE When the media caught up to him in Toronto at his hotelhe ran like a rat exposed to light As for his supposed "healing powers"...that is all fake too.have you noticed that when he is on stage, he wears an ear piece from which he is given information about the person he is to be treating next on the stage...all the personal info of the "patient" is taken from the patient before hand by his staff..intervies of his "cured" pateients post his "healing" session showed nothing has changed except for the fact that benny's account keeps blossoming to no end. Then you have Oral Roberts ( who claimed God was speaking to him .all later exposed to be BULLSHIT good enough to fertile the sahara dessert into a lush tropical forest) I dont want the members here or Fun dude to think that I am disparaging any particular religion but I do think that people always take things witha grain of salt - especially when they are being solicited for money in the name of God. Religion is not the problem here.unscrupulous people who prey on naive peopel desperate enough to believe in "miracle healings"...and looting them blind in the name of religion are the real problem. It not only sheds a bad light on their religious organization but tends to make all of us less trusting in our fellow brethren. I know my e-mail may not seat well with fun dude and may rub soem members teh wrong way - which is not my intention here.I just hope that everyone will look at this issue with an open mind and draw their own conclusion. If my e-mail causes any discomfort to any member in any way, I do regret that...but in no way would that detract me from voicing my own opinion on this Evangelical "miracle healer" crap.
