Do they have pictures of all that was stolen? So if
anyone sees the reptiles for sale they can say "hey I seen that one before"

Thanks for all of the help, guys. I talked
to Scott a couple of times today. He and Kima have been busy cleaning
  the place.

The police recovered a slug from a .45,
butI don't think that they were able to get any fingerprints.

Please keep Scott in Kima in your
  thoughts.

Paul and everyone,

Probably the best thing to do is not to purchase any gecko from the list
below unless your VERY sure of the source and where they got these geckos.

I doubt
the dog was killed just because. Unfortunately the dog was probably
killed so that it would not be able to do its job (sound the alarm and
protect the property). : Too bad no one heard or responded to the
sound of the gun shot.

This is a plea for help!! I just received a call from Scott @ Texas Lizard Connection and have been informed that a large percentage of his collection has been ripped off. The theft occurred on Tuesday, March 23, 2004. Please keep an eye out for people selling high end geckos. Scott and Kima could really use our help right now. I will be accepting donations through my website in order to help Scott and Kima get back on their feet. Here is a partial list of geckos that were stolen:

1.1 Nephrurus levis pilbarensis
2.2 Nephrurus levis occidentalis
4.20 Nephrurus levis levis
1.1 Nephrurus laevissimus
1.1 Nephrurus wheeleri
2.3 Nephrurus amyae
5.5 Chondrodactylus angulifer angulifer
2.3 Palmatogecko rangei
1.1 Phelsuma klemmeri
1.0 Eublepharis macularius-het. Rainwater albino
1.1 Eublepharis macularius-Rainwater albino
0.1 Hemitheconyx taylori

These thieves stole a couple of incubators, with numerous tortoise and gecko eggs. They also killed their beloved dog. If you have any information or would like to donate some money to help Scott and Kima, please call 713-775-5545 or email [EMAIL PROTECTED].

I just posted this on another gecko forum, if you hang out on other

Ironically today I found out someone ripped me off using a fraudulent
credit card. I do believe in karma, and it swing back and land right on
these suckers!

Once everyone calms down a bit, I think it would be useful to hear about
their (Texas thieves) methods so we could better protect our collections.
