I committed the first draft of the build process for you.
It needs some fine-tuning to work with xml-site's build

yep, I confirm (there is still a pixel alignment problem on the top left
logo, but I'm being picky :)

oh, a suggestion: since some browsers (all netscapes) don't adapt the
cell background, maybe a tileable cloud background would fix that. Just
a suggestion.
