I would like to connect a mobile phone (Motorolo C380) with USB connector to my gentoo system so as to give me both mobile Internet access and also the ability to access phonebook, images, audio etc stored on the phone. I have emerged gnokii which so far has not recognised anything as being connected. Not sure if it is compatability issue or a configuration issue.
