[gentoo-user] RAID controller
Hi All, I am thinking of installing Gentoo on a Dell box with this RAID controller: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/storage/RAID/PERC5/en/UG/HTML/chapter1.htm Has anyone got experience with this hardware? Device Driver - SCSI device support - SCSI low-level drivers [*] LSI Logic New Generation RAID Device Drivers │ │LSI Logic Management Module (New Driver) │ │ * LSI Logic Legacy MegaRAID Driver │ │ * LSI Logic MegaRAID SAS RAID Module This is my controller linux # lspci | grep -i scsi 01:00.0 SCSI storage controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS1068E PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS (rev 08) I have a 2950 II.
