[gentoo-user] black screen (or freeze) at boot up after recompiling kernel
Hello! I made a change (checked out the driver on net card) in kernel, recompiled, copied the bzImage and .config to /boot as usual and rebooted the system. But booting stops after: --- Loading gentoo... BIOS data check successful --- I have black screen. Monitor lamp is green (ie. is on). Computer seeses hanged.
