.scm scripts

Hey, i downloaded a a script from michael's page, (technoid.f2s.com),  it was a .scm 
script, i put it under 
GIMP/scripts/  how do i run it on gimp?

Open it in any text viewer and look for function "script-fu-register"; 
second argument of this function is menu path, where plugin reference 
will be placed in gimp.
