Comment:
I read in the newspapers that Shyam Parulekar the MLA from Saligao too has 
filed a false affidavit stating that he passed his B.Com when he has not done 
do as per the RTI reply. We expect Aires to take up this matter too with the 
Election Commission. Let us clean up the Assembly.

Utt Goenkara will on Tuesday 16th September meet Goa's Chief Electoral
Officer Mr.Ajit Srivastava to demand expeditious action on the complaint
filed on 13th September against Education Minister Mr. Babush Monseratte
before the Returning Officer of Taleigao Constituency Mr. Sabaji Shetye.

 Utt Goenkara would not allow Mr. Monseratte to misuse his authority as a
Minister to delay action against him.

 Meanwhile, Utt Goenkara has called upon Education Minister Mr. Babush
Monseratte to publicly acknowledge and apologise to the people of Goa for
having lied on Affidavit about his educational qualification.

 Utt Goenkara has advised the Education Minister to now appear for the S.S.C
examination being conducted by the Goa Board commencing on 18th October 2008
although it may be a very distant dream for Mr. Monseratte to attain a
S.Y.BA degree, which he had also falsely claimed he had, in a signed
undertaking to the Secretary, of the Goa Legislative Assembly.
