With the rapid spread of popular resistance to
residential projects all over the state, builders
have been forced to shift into top gear. They
have stepped up the pace of the construction
at their sites and several projects have now
been put on the fast track to completion.
Foundations are being sunk into the ground
at a furious pace. The strategy is simple and
well known by now: get something going quick,
then take it to the courts if people object. By
and by, things will be 'regularized.'
