Hi Wilbert, from the top of my head I couldn't really think of a connection between the two. Also, GPGMail is only a mailbundle not even an installer, you put in ~/Library/Mail/Bundles. Is there any chance you're referring to the GPGTools installer? I'll download a copy of Earthdesk and let you know when I find the problem. Thanks. I couldn't see a connection either but this is the second time it has happened.
