Do you want to do tractography?

Peace,

Subject: [HCP-Users] how to map DTI data to CIFTI space and do network analysis
by MMP parcellation ?

Dear expert :

I have successfully processed my T1w and fMRI data into CIFTI space. Now I
get some DTI data which include something like .bval / .bvec files. I donot
know how to process them into CIFTI and do network analysis by MMP parcellation?

Thank you!
BestRegards!

The Gambling contrast itself (reward-punish) didnĀ¹t work very well.

[HCP-Users] Gambling task phase encoding

2018-06-28 Thread Filip Grill
Dear HCP users,

I am interested in using the fMRI data from the gambling task for my project.
Ultimately I will use the CIFTI files but right now I am trying to understand
the data inside and out so I have started looking at the minimally processed
NIFTI files. I have noticed that when using LR and RL individually gives quite
different group maps. I understand that this is expected and one should not use
just one phase encoding direction but it looks like RL is picking up activity
more laterally and LR is picking up activity along the midline. I would have
expected it to be more of a right - left difference. Could somebody explain
this to me?

Thanks
Filip

Re: [HCP-Users] list of significant parcels

2018-06-28 Thread Timothy Coalson
You can export the data from the parcellated cifti file with wb_command
-cifti-convert -to-text, but that doesn't contain the parcel names. The
-file-information command will tell you the parcel names, in the order they
are in the file, giving you the missing piece.

Re: [HCP-Users] list of significant parcels

2018-06-28 Thread Aaron R
Hi Matt,

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately wb_command -file-information
doesn't help. It shows all of the parcels of the original parcellation.
Presumably they're all still there, but some now have a zero value after
thresholding.

Thanks,
Aaron
