Also got this problem some days ago, servers used 98% CPU while the server was empty. Running latest builds of sm and mm. I do see an increased amount of spikes compared to what i t was before, multiple people complaining about that. it have happend 2 times on 1 server of 6 (only running ctf_2fort). the first time on the 12:e and the second time the day after. the first time I killed it and restarted, the second time I did try with a rcon map change and it worked! this server have been one of our most stable servers without any problems! We have a fix for this that we'll release with the next TF2 update.
