Salam Membumi, Rekan Rekan IAGI

Leadership - Ibarat sebuah kapal, 60 tahun sudah IAGI berlayar dengan 
senantiasa dipimpin oleh nakhoda-nakhoda tangguh dari satu persinggahan ke 
persinggahan berikutnya.

Sesuai amanat AD/ART IAGI, tahun ini akan diselenggarakan Pemilihan Umum IAGI, 
yang akan diselenggarakan secara daring  dan akan menjadi e-Pemilu pertama 
dalam sejarah IAGI. Sebagai pengingat, terlampir adalah Tata Waktu Pemilu IAGI 
2020 sebagai sarana mewujudkan semangat IAGI yang kian melangit, namun tetap 
membumi.

Untuk memastikan bahwa hak pilih didapatkan oleh seluruh anggota biasa yang 
aktif, kami menghimbau untuk segera melakukan pembaharuan kelengkapan data 
serta melakukan pengecekan status keanggotaan IAGI secara online melalui 
website iagi.or.id sekaligus dapat menyelesaikan proses 
administrasi bagi yang belum.

Kami turut lampirkan kembali Surat Keputusan PP IAGI berkaitan dengan Pemilu 
serta beberapa Surat Keputusan KPU IAGI yang sebelumnya juga sudah disampaikan 
(termasuk melalui media sosial IAGI) sebagai berikut:

- SK/54/ PP-IAGI/VI/in-2020 tentang Pengangkatan KPU IAGI 2020
- SK/62/ PP-IAGI/VI/in-2020 tentang Iuran Anggota IAGI 2020
- SK/01/KPU-IAGI/II/in-2020 tentang Jadwal Pemilu IAGI 2020
- SK/02/KPU-IAGI/II/in-2020 tentang Verifikasi Penetapan Caketum IAGI 2020-2023

Hari ini, 13 April, 57 tahun yang lalu, organisasi IAGI yang kita cintai 
dideklarasikan oleh para senior kita. Perjalanan selama lebih dari setengah 
abad telah dilalui oleh IAGI dengan  berbagai gejolak naik dan turun. Masih 
banyak hal yang perlu dikontribusikan oleh IAGI bagi komunitas kebumian tanah 
air. Apalagi di tengah situasi carut marut pengelolaan sumberdaya alam kebumian 
saat ini, dan juga pentingnya keterlibatan geologi dalam pembangunan 
infrastruktur serta pengelolaan kebencanaan dan lingkungan. Peran serta kita 
semua komunitas kebumian sangat dinantikan. SELAMAT ULANG TAHUN KE 57 IAGI - 
SEMAKIN MEMBUMI GEOLOGI
