I queried the group awhile back about a problem with losing a volume dump with an tape error. I pursued this with IBM and there is a problem ( OA25507 - open). If the dump volume is stacked and the error (ab/s214) is not at the beginning, then the new list of volumes to be dumped doesn't include the one that had the error). FYI
