And what distro is good for handling video and graphics and ... and ... et cetera ? :-) MoviX is worth a look. http://movix.sourceforge.net/ a pretty neat little distro, in three flavours. however, in case you are talking about high-end video adn graphics stuff, then i'd recommend you roll your own, and use debian sid, or gentoo (which is also based on debian). i am tinkering with the idea of taking a fresh install of agnula on another partition, and using /etc/sources.list make entries to debian sid mirrors, so i can custom-install video and graphics software on this low-latency kernel and with its other tweaks. Seeing you post after a long time LL bhaiye. yeah! happens. have been rather busy for a few months. have also disappeared from the ilug-d meets. some day, i shall emerge. rrs :-) LL ___ ilugd mailinglist -- ilugd@lists.linux-delhi.org http://frodo.hserus.net/mailman/listinfo/ilugd Archives at: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.user-groups.linux.delhi http://www.mail-archive.com/ilugd@lists.linux-delhi.org/
