Probably because there haven't been any :-)
Take the lead, put together an agenda, and get
people to agree on a date and venue. Or, maybe
just fix an agenda, and announce a date/venue.
Traditionally, we have met Sat. afternoon/evening, and
JNU is always available as a venue.
