[Issue 125006] Calc Consistently crashing, usually with "Fatal Error - Bad Allocation"
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125006 o...@virginia.edu changed: What|Removed |Added CC||o...@virginia.edu --- Comment #40 from o...@virginia.edu --- Calc AND Impress are constantly crashing on Windows 10 64 bits Home and Pro version 1803, since at least update KB4023057 (update released in Feb. 2019 to prepare PC's for Windows 10 version 1809), and probably since the earlier update KB4487017. It has continued on Windows 10 Pro version 1809. It affects AOO 4.1.13 to 1.16. My systems have 4 to 8 GB RAM, with Core i7 and i3 processors, and essentially unlimited available disk space, so it's not a hardware issue. This is a very urgent issue to be solved if OO is to remain usable on Windows 10. ALL of my .ods spreadsheets and .odp presentations are crashing, regardless of contents (objects, charts, figures) or file size. Please look into it. It's not related to some files having issues, it's related to OO not being compatible with recent changes to Windows 10. LibreOffice is not having these issues. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
[Issue 128077] New: Option "AutoCorrect > While Typing" missing in "Format"
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128077 Issue ID: 128077 Issue Type: DEFECT Summary: Option "AutoCorrect > While Typing" missing in "Format" Product: Calc Version: 4.1.5 Hardware: PC OS: Windows 10 Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: Normal Priority: P5 (lowest) Component: ui Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org Reporter: aoo-bugs-2...@andylin.de Target Milestone: --- I am not sure if UI is the correct component, anyway: according to this wiki page: https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FAQ/Writer/AutomaticFunctions/How_do_I_turn_off_automatic_correction_and_formatting%3F there is supposed to be a menu that allows you progress like this: Format > AutoCorrect > While Typing However "Autocorrect" is missing in the "Format" menu. I am aware that the wiki page might be outdated, but than the option to switch off autocorrect globally seems missing. I came across this by willingly trying to put two capital letters at the start of a word in a cell "BStuff". It kept reverting to "Bstuff". Oddly enough after save/closing the file and opening it in LibreOffice, the cell read correctly "BStuff", so it might be also a "viewing" issue. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128075 --- Comment #4 from Keith N. McKenna --- (In reply to jmpoo from comment #2) > I can confirm it for using OpenOffice save/open dialogs. > They shows the content of the directory defined at "Tools - Options - > OpenOffice - General - My Documents" but no directory tree. > > To get a directory structure, change the setting to (Windows) System dialogs: > Open "Tools - Options - General" and uncheck "Use OpenOffice Dialogs" for > Open/Save. You are partially correct as in that the OpenOffice dialog box does default to the directory defined by your statement above. However that dialog does provide a way to navigate to other directories by using the Icons it provides. Use the icon outlined in a in the attached screenshot to navigate up one level from current. Therefore this issue remains unconfirmed as I cannot confirm it with either the OpenOffice dialog box or the standard windows Save As dialog. [Issue 119060] Copying cells to clipboard always adds a newline at the end
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=119060 AA changed: What|Removed |Added CC||alexgra...@gmail.com --- Comment #5 from AA --- Just wanted to mention that in LibreOffice Calc 6.2.0.3 on OS X in March 2019 still exhibits this behavior: if you select a *single* cell, copy it, and paste it anywhere, it will have a superfluous newline at the end, despite there being no such character in the original data. This causes particular issues with inter-operability with Google Sheets, which inserts a literal newline character into a cell that is pasted in such a way, rather than interpreting the newline as meaning "move to next cell." -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.

[Issue 128075] OO does not produce a directory Tree for opening or saving files.
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128075 --- Comment #2 from jmpoo --- I can confirm it for using OpenOffice save/open dialogs. They shows the content of the directory defined at "Tools - Options - OpenOffice - General - My Documents" but no directory tree. To get a directory structure, change the setting to (Windows) System dialogs: Open "Tools - Options - General" and uncheck "Use OpenOffice Dialogs" for Open/Save. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
