Hi, Hmmm, and is JAWS functional? Have you tried System Restore to see if it fixes it for a while? As for why I asked for Windows 10 release version: when people say they've got Windows 10, some of us (including I) go into a "panic mode" where we need to ask which release of Windows 10 one is using due to massive differences between releases. In case of the info below, Tim is using Version 1709.
