She can put "recent:" the word and colon without the quotes directly in front of her email name in the WLM account settings area. I have the same problem. If I post to jaws users, my post never seem to show up. I don't know if anyone is seeing them. I think not because I seldom get an answer to my question. That is why I am using this email to post to the group. I think if I respond to an email things seem to work out, however, I can not post directly to the list.
