When doing a repair off your jaws 11 DVD.I just followed the prompts just like I was installing it, until I got to a screen which gave me the option to choose repair.
I then pressed enter on repair and followed the prompts and my problem was fixed. I was then able to download the new update to jaws 11. I hopes this helps.
