Hi Tom, I do not know if you understood my first I posted to the list because it was a bit gibberish in my explanation so I am going to post it again for you. to get to your mail in your in box: when you first open the program you should land in your in box so just shift tab and you should hear jaws say list view or you can just press the tab key and it will take you to the in box tab so press it again and it will take you to the in box tree view so press it again and it will take you to the list view and all you have to do is down arrow through your messages. If you land on your email address when you first open the program: for example if I landed on my email address which is : an...@etown.net and it says closed all I would have to do is right arrow to open and then down arrow to my in box and then use my tab key to get to the list view to read my messages hope this helps For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/

Tom, your Thunderbird should include as default an In box and draft, sent and trash boxes. You can add other mailboxes by moving the cursor above the in box and hitting the applications key. Arrow down to new folder and zap - you have a new folder/box. On moving back and forth from the Tree View to mailboxes. Even though I've had Thunderbird for about three years I still sometimes tab when I should use the arrow keys as I am navigating from mailbox to mailbox through the tree view. Don't be afraid to tab your heart out until you find what you want. Thunderbird is very stable and forgiving, I've found.
