[JAWS-Users] deleting notifications on Facebook

I have been trying everything I can think of to delete notifications 
that I have read but I still can not delete them.

I know I have asked this question before but still I have not been able 
to delete my notifications that I have read.

does any one on the list have any other suggestions that I can try?
