I'm considering asking FS if they would mind placing a download button for
FS cast since I'm the kind of a guy who listens to pod casts at a time of my
own choosing and not really when I fire up my system first thing in the
morning.

Unless Eric reads this himself before I get around to writing that message
at least. What do some of you out there think about that suggestion?

Even though I listen to the podcast using my Victor stream, it is still
neat to be notified that there is a new podcast.

I will tell you what I thought was a humorous experience. I was doing
an internet show on The Global Voice and as I was beginning to introduce
the show, all of a sudden Jonathan's intro came up and there was
Jonathan for the world to hear.

It gave me a chance to explain one of the benefits of Jaws 17. Plus it
gave FS some free publicity.

I would agree with that. In fact, as I don't use my computer to download
podcasts, and I'm sure there are others who - like me - don't, but do listen
to FSCast on their other device of choice, I'm thinking of disabling it on

Unless Eric reads this himself before I get around to writing that message

Neat is nice for toys, but how about more useful functionality for our
screen-reader?
If we are going to have this FSCast feature, how about including a download
button, so we can get on with
our daily business and listen to it at a later time?
Never thought of Jaws as a podcatcher though.

I'd make the suggestion even stronger. FS shouldn't foist this added
information on us unless they give us the ability to listen on our own time.
The first time the notification appeared, I was in the middle of typing
something and didn't realize the screen had switched. I had to recall what I'd
been writing and retype it. But it would be good to be alerted to the new
FSCast episode availability the way FS sends notices via "Check for updates..."

Yes, I agree.
The first time after the latest update to Jaws 17.
I was in the middle of doing something important, and the podcast started
playing all by itself in my Windows media player.

This was annoying at best.
Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
Yes, I did turn it off in the settings center after that, so it would not
happen again.

I listen to them when I have the time too listen.

Love God! with your heart, mind, and soul, that you might be blessed
reaching His goal.
Love your Neighbor as you would yourself, God will truly reward you with
good health.
Love God, your neighbor, as you love yourself, you will then be spiritually
balanced with wealth.
Love His Word that proceeds from His lips, then reflect on the heavens where
God sits.

Hi David,

That would certainly make it a lot more convenient.
Take care.
