Hi all,
every since I upgraded to windows 8.1 when I go to add-on manager and 
click on check to see if your plug ins are up to date the plug in is not 
listed their and it says that Mozilla is checking the statest  of your 
plug ins and below that it says loading data but nothing ever loads.

does anyone know how to fix this problem?
I am using thunderbird 31.30 windows 8.1 and Jaws 15 latest

Hi all in Thunderbird when I click on add-on manager and then tab to the 
plug in s to see if there up to date the shock wave flash object says 
vulnerable update now but when I click on the update now button for 
windows eight you do not have to install it but I am not trying to 
install it I am only trying to update it.

how would I update it?
I am using windows eight and Thunderbird . and Jaws 15
